1、 Structural principle
The filling machine mainly consists of three parts in structure: the storage tank, the filling host and the frequency conversion speed regulating conveyor belt.
Storage tank The storage tank is located on the upper part of the machine and is an atmospheric tank with a liquid level sensor and a feed solenoid valve. The feed liquid sent from the previous process is put into the tank through the solenoid valve. When the liquid level reaches the appropriate height, the liquid level sensor sends a signal. The electrical control part controls the solenoid valve to close and stop feeding. When the feed level drops to a certain position, the feed solenoid valve can be opened to feed again. The outlet at the lower part of the storage tank is connected with the suction pipe of the filling host through a pipe. When the host is working, the liquid in the storage tank is pumped into the piston cylinder and then filled into the bottle through a nozzle.
Filling host The filling host is the main device to complete the filling action. The front of the host is equipped with several filling heads, and both sides are equipped with liquid extraction cylinders. Each cylinder corresponds to a filling head. The liquid in the storage tank is pumped into the cylinder, pressed out, and poured into the corresponding bottle through the filling head. A micro cylinder on the filling head drives a small piston to open and close the nozzle of the filling head, which acts as a valve. The whole filling head can rise and fall. When the filling is about to start, insert the nozzle into the bottle, open the small piston at a certain distance from the bottom of the bottle to start filling, and the filling head will rise while filling, until the filling is completed, close the nozzle and rise to the bottle mouth. On both sides of the filling table, there are two stop bars driven by two small cylinders, one at the bottle inlet and the other at the bottle outlet. Their role is to accurately position the bottles together with the bottle clamping device on the filling table, so that the nozzle can accurately align with the bottle mouth.
The conveyor belt motor is controlled by a frequency converter to realize stepless speed change and achieve the purpose of economic operation of the system. After the motor is started, the inlet cylinder retracts, the empty bottle is fed from the conveyor belt, and the bottle is fed. Then the outlet cylinder stretches out, and the empty bottle fed in is blocked by the outlet stop bar. A photoelectric switch is set at the bottle inlet to detect the number of bottles. When it is detected that the number of bottles is the same as the number of filling heads, the inlet cylinder extends to block the inlet and stop the bottle feeding, and the conveyor belt motor stops. At this time, the filling head descends to the bottle mouth to start filling. After filling, the filling head rises, the outlet cylinder retracts, the conveyor motor starts to rotate again, and the filled bottle is sent out. Then, the inlet cylinder retracts, and the photoelectric switch starts to detect the number of bottles.
2、 Typical configuration
The filling machine is controlled by HOLLiASLM PLC. The CPU module is responsible for the on-off control of the filling machine system, including the control of the filling head solenoid valve, cylinder motion solenoid valve, storage tank solenoid valve, the control of the start and stop of the filling machine, and the detection of various photoelectric switches and liquid level sensors; The analog output expansion module is used to measure the motor speed and control the inverter speed. The control form includes automatic control and manual control. The touch screen is used to set various parameters, such as filling speed, filling dosage, etc.
