The cover box action is a very critical action, and the quality of completion is closely related to the carton structure and the accuracy of machine adjustment. Otherwise, the improper action of the cover box will directly affect the packing effect.
Finally, when the food and instructions are accurately pushed into the box, the carton will continue to move forward driven by the box moving chain. After that, the steel characters will be printed by the batch number printing device before entering the capping process. It should be noted that the outlet conveyor belt is equipped with a "problem product" removal device, which can remove all the products with problems detected in the previous food unloading, opening, filling and other processes, so as to better ensure that the food packaging boxes meet the process needs and are all qualified products.
